Volunteers with the We Can Be Heroes Foundation honored homeless and struggling veterans on December 19, a special day during the holiday season dedicated to giving back to those who have served our nation. Volunteers showered each veteran with gifts from their personal wish lists, restaurant gift cards, game prizes, and raffle drawings.

The Annual Adopt A Vet Christmas Luncheon was held at the Clara White Mission in Jacksonville, where the We Can Be Heroes Foundation hosts veteran luncheons throughout the year. The Clara White Mission generously provided a delicious holiday luncheon for everyone in attendance.

As the smiling veterans departed with their gifts and holiday bundles, they wished everyone a Merry Christmas and expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the volunteers and supporters who made the celebration possible.
